About
Andrea Baldwin is a self-taught artist from the foothills of North Carolina who paints hope into being.
Art found her in the dark. As she healed from abuse and navigated the mental health struggles that followed, painting became language when words failed. On canvas, she discovered that softness could be survival, and beauty could be a way through.
Today, Andrea creates fun, luminous, whimsical, dreamy realism. Each piece explores playful intuition, resilience, and the radical act of staying soft in a hard world.
Collectors from North Carolina to the United Kingdom are drawn to that feeling. Her originals now live in homes across 12+ countries, hung in bedrooms, therapy offices, hair salons, and reading nooks where people need a visual deep exhale.
Andrea believes that art should do more than match your couch. It should remind you of who you are when the world gets loud.
When she's not in the studio, you'll find her wandering in the woods of North Carolina with her kids, kayaking, chasing moonlight, and looking for the next quiet moment that wants to become a painting.
